  • We deliver within 24 hours in Muscat.

  • We deliver within 48 hours to locations outside Muscat.

  • Delivery times may vary due to public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

B. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location and order size.

  • Free shipping may be available for select promotions or orders above a certain value.

C. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once the order is dispatched.

D. Shipping Partners

  • We use reliable courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

A. Return Policy

  • We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

B. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items.

  • Customers must request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.

  • If the requested product is unavailable, we will provide a refund or store credit.

C. Warranty Policy

  • New Products: Selected new products come with a 1-year warranty from the manufacturer.

  • Used Phones: We offer a 1-month warranty on second-hand or refurbished phones.

  • Warranty claims must be submitted with valid proof of purchase.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes damages caused by mishandling or unauthorized modifications.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, based on customer preference.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
