  • Prices are listed in OMR (Omani Rial) and are subject to change without notice.

  • We strive to ensure accurate pricing but reserve the right to correct any errors.

  • In case of a pricing error, we may cancel or adjust affected orders.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders within Muscat are delivered within 24 hours.

  • Orders outside Muscat are delivered within 48 hours.

  • Shipping charges vary and are displayed at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external shipping providers.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Customers can return products within 3 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable.

  • Exchanges are accepted for defective or incorrect items.

  • New products come with a 1-year warranty, and used phones have a 1-month warranty.

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after inspection of returned products.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including logos, text, and images, is owned by Future IT.

  • You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services.

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Oman.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Muscat, Oman.
